All EuroSteel products are covered by a 20-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Glass
EuroSteel provides a 10-year limited warranty on insulated glass from the date of delivery, guaranteeing it to be free from defect. Within the initial 2 years of ownership, if any glass failure occurs due to a defect in the glazing, EuroSteel will cover the full cost of replacement and installation. After this initial 2 year period, EuroSteel will replace the glass without charge.
Finish
EuroSteel warrants its painted products for a period of 5 years, with a focus on addressing sheen, weathering or fading issues. To ensure the warranty remains valid, homeowners must adhere to EuroSteel’s specified maintenance recommendations.
Warranty Exclusions
- Any issues or damage resulting from the use of incompatible or non-approved accessories, such as hardware or sealants, that are not recommended or supplied by EuroSteel.
- Damage caused by improper storage, installation, handling, misuse or improper maintenance of the doors and windows.
- Minor changes in appearance due to exposure to extreme weather conditions or environmental factors.
- Damage resulting from accidents, vandalism, or acts of nature, such as fire, flood, or earthquake.
- Modifications or alterations made to the doors and windows by parties other than EuroSteel or an authorized representative.
- Damage caused by improper cleaning agents or techniques that are not recommended by EuroSteel.
- Failure to adhere to maintenance guidelines outlined by EuroSteel, leading to damage or deterioration.
- Lockset hardware is covered by the specific lockset manufacturer’s warranty.
- Fly Screens on doors or windows are not included in the warranty.
- Glass breakage or damage not directly attributed to a manufacturing defect.
- Consequential or indirect damages, including loss of time, inconvenience or associated costs beyond the scope of this warranty.
